Collaboration for Youth 
The National Collaboration for Youth (NCY), a 30-year old organization, is
a coalition of the National Assembly member organizations that have a significant
interest in youth development. Members of the National Collaboration for Youth
include fifty national, non-profit, youth development organizations.
The mission of NCY is to provide a united voice as advocates for youth to
improve the conditions of young people in America, and to help young people
reach their full potential.

Collectively, the member organizations of the National Collaboration for Youth
NCY establishes ten national youth worker competencies to help ensure the quality of youth programs by standardizing the qualifications of the people who provide the programs, both paid staff and volunteers. CLICK HERE to see the competencies.

Policy Center
The Family Strengthening
Policy Center aims to make family strengthening a priority by mainstreaming neighborhood-based, family-centered practices, programs and policy. By leveraging the National Human Services Assembly's network of 70 health and human service member organizations, the Center's objective is to promote family policy that contributes to family economic and social empowerment. The Center produces policy briefs and a monthly e-newsletter and convenes a Family Strengthening Peer Network. For more information, click here.
