The National Youth Development Learning Network is designed to build and strengthen youth worker's performance by analyzing, synthesizing and linking existing information and training.   The Learning Network includes e-learning and community based efforts that:

• Speed research times by centralizing information, expertise and training opportunities.

• Enable collaboration between key practitioners, scholars and policymakers through discussion and user communities where they can share promising practices on a wide variety of topics (i.e. program management, fund development, policy, latest research) .

• Forge strategic partnership with national, regional, state and local organizations to promote cross-pollination in the professional development of youth workers.

• Provide promising practices and benchmarks in career pathways to encourage recruitment, retention and development of youth workers.

The Family Strengthening Policy Center aims to make family strengthening a priority by mainstreaming neighborhood-based, family-centered practices, programs and policy.  By leveraging the National Human Services Assembly's network of 70 health and human service member organizations, the Center's objective is to promote family policy that contributes to family economic and social empowerment.   The Center produces policy briefs and a monthly e-newsletter and convenes a Family Strengthening Peer Network.  For more information, click here.

The National Youth Development Information Center is a project of the National Collaboration for Youth and serves as a clearing house for training, publications, research, funding opportunities, and policy in the youth development field.
