Leadership Development

The Leadership Circle offers National Assembly members discounted access to leadership assessments and workshops used by non-profits and for-profits alike.
The Leadership Culture Survey reveals how your people view their current leadership culture, comparing it to the optimal culture they desire. The “gap” reveals key opportunities for leadership development.
The Leadership Culture Survey:
- Establishes a compelling rational for change and focuses leadership development efforts.
- Delineates cultural challenges associated with restructuring plans and mergers.
- Correlates leadership to productivity, profits, turnover, and other bottom-line metrics.
The Leadership Circle Profile is a remarkable 360° assessment that is used for middle and upper management. Beyond merely providing information, it provides a platform for personal and professional transformation.
The Leadership Circle Profile:
- Identifies leadership competencies, enhances the value of executive coaching, saves time and money.
- Reveals what is occurring under the surface and keeping a leader stuck in outdated modes of behavior.
- Evokes deeper personal awareness. Change can only happen when personal awareness changes.
- Aids in performance management, succession planning and in developing teamwork.
- Provides metric for tracking leadership training, development, and cultural change.
The Leadership Circle assessments are provided - at a discount to National Assembly members - by a nationwide network of skilled, certified coaches and consultants.

Navatar’s expertise in relationship management is in keeping with the nonprofit industry’s call to maintain more efficient contact with its stakeholders. Data management is proving to be a major industry for all sectors of the economy and the nonprofit sector is one of the newest comers to this field. Navatar provides services to the CRM and data management industries through leading On-Demand CRM vendors including Salesforce.com®, Salesnet® and RightNow as well as data integration vendors such as Integration Technologies.

Unemployment Coverage
What do Alliance for Children and Families, Boys & Girls Clubs of America, America’s Second Harvest, YMCA of the USA and other national organizations have in common?
They found a way to help their affiliates save thousands of dollars – money now available for programs.
You Can Do It, Too…
501c Agencies Trust is a nationwide vehicle used by many national organizations to help their affiliates reduce costs and improve their unemployment programs. Since 1982, the Trust has provided a safe method of managing unemployment costs in a professional and fiscally responsible manner. Your local affiliates will wonder how they got along without it.
How is this Possible?
Federal law permits 501(c)(3) organizations to “opt out” of their state unemployment tax systems and become reimbursing employers. You and your affiliates will reimburse the state for only those claims you incur, reducing unemployment costs substantially …especially when you consider that nonprofits typically pay $2.20 in taxes for every $1.00 of claims paid.
With 501c Agencies Trust , members can:
- Build their own reserve accounts that return investment income
- Protect against high unemployment claims risk with stop-loss insurance
- Control unemployment claims costs with an expert claims management team
- Learn how to further reduce unemployment costs through educational workshops
- Access the HR Program for information aimed at helping local staff overcome difficult HR issues
