Students not completing college due to financial pressures pressures block low- and modest-income students from completing college and impede future earnings potential, says CLASP in examining the way financial aid (including Pell grants) is designed and delivered.  Survey respondents were 22- to 30-year-old students who did not complete their postsecondary education.
