United Way Worldwide’s new organizational structure focuses on catalyzing long-term social change, says Brian Gallagher, president and CEO. The restructuring plan calls for creating 58 new positions but eliminating 60 others as the organization expands support and presence in five regions, including North America.  In the U.S. under new United Way USA President Stacey D.
