Where’s the Justice? Gap in Legal Services Leaves Low-Income People Unrepresented

Today, less than 20 percent of the legal needs of low-income people are being met. Only 10 states are able to provide $50 or more in legal funds per low-income person, leading some policy experts to call for increased funding through the Legal Services Corporation and improved service delivery.
