nationwide. Catholic Charities USA provides strong leadership and support to enhance the work of local agencies
in their efforts to reduce poverty, support families, and empower communities.

Goodwill Industries International’s network of 165 independent, community-based Goodwills in the United States and Canada offers customized
job training, employment placement and other services to people who have disabilities, lack education or job experience, or face employment
challenges. In 2010, Goodwill helped more than 2.4 million people train for careers in industries such as banking, IT and health care — and
get the supporting services they needed to be successful, such as English language training, additional education, or access to transportation
and child care.

Lutheran Services in America is an alliance of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, The Lutheran Church–Missouri
Synod, and their over 300 health and human service organizations. Together, these organizations touch the lives of more
than six million people – one in 50 Americans each year – and have aggregated annual incomes over $16.6 billion.

United Cerebral Palsy (UCP) educates, advocates and provides support services to ensure a life without limits for people with a spectrum of
disabilities. UCP and its nearly 100 affiliates have a mission to advance the independence, productivity and full citizenship of people with a
spectrum of disabilities by providing services and support to more than 176,000 children and adults every day. UCP works to revolutionize care,
raise standards of living and create opportunities—impacting the lives of millions living with disabilities.

UNCA’s mission is to strengthen and empower member organizations in over 25 cities by helping families lift themselves out
of desperate social conditions in some of America’s most threatened neighborhoods through services in four primary areas:
Childcare and Early Childhood Development; Youth Development Programs (including Charter and Alternative Schools);
Basic Assistance (Food, Shelter, & Clothing), Education and Training for Adults; and Programs for Older Americans.

Volunteers of America is a national, nonprofit, faith-based organization dedicated to helping those in need rebuild their
lives and reach their full potential. Through thousands of human service programs, including housing and healthcare, Volunteers
of America helps more than 2 million people in over 400 communities in 44 states.

Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. (YAP) is one of the largest non-profit Youth and Family Support agencies working with high-risk youth and their
families in the United States. YAP currently has programs in 25 major US cities as well as dozens of other urban, suburban and rural communities
and international locations. YAP’s mission is to engage human service systems so that they rely less on institutional care and to invest more in
supporting families and neighborhoods. YAP currently works with child welfare, juvenile justice, behavioral health, disability and education
systems to develop and offer community-based alternatives for the highest risk children, young people, young adults and families.

Seedco is a national nonprofit organization that advances economic opportunity for people, businesses, and communities in need. Seedco’s
flagship asset building program is an innovative work supports initiative, EarnBenefits, which it develops and implements through
partnerships with employers, faith and community-based organizations (FCBOs), government agencies and foundations. EarnBenefits uses a
state of the art technology tool – EarnBenefits Online (EBO) – and facilitated enrollment services to connect low-wage workers to a range
of income-enhancing public and private benefits, such as tax credits, SNAP, health insurance, and bank accounts. The program was initially
launched in New York City in 2003 in partnership with the United Way of New York City. EarnBenefits has expanded to Atlanta, Baltimore,
